Netcash has taken some of the pain out of getting started by creating a series of draft legal templates to assist you in saving time, money and giving guidance through the setup process.
In our efforts to support local South African SMME’s, we have created draft templates for the following pages to live on your website:

Why do I need information for About Us
The ‘About Us’ page on your website is in short, a write up where you communicate the story of your business and why you started it. You should describe the customers or the cause that your business serves. In the About Us section, you must explain your business model or how your products are made. You are essentially creating a face for your business, featuring information about the founders, or the people on your team.The template

Get started
The templates are available in your Netcash merchant account and can be accessed by following these simple steps:
Step 1: Log into your Netcash account
Step 2: Navigate to the Services > Shop > Shop Policies
Step 3: Click on the View button
Step 4: Copy the template
Step 5: Edit the template to align with your business
Step 6: Consult an attorney before adding the ‘About Us’ page to your website
When you have edited the template and consulted with an attorney, you can Copy & Paste the text to the ‘About Us’ section in the Netcash Shop admin panel:
Step 7: In the Netcash Shop Admin panel, navigate to Settings > Legal > Legal Pages and Policies > About Us,
Step 8: Select Add Page
Step 9: Paste the text in the space provided:
And finally, you can change the page title, or if you have an existing ‘About Us’ page on your business website, you can add a link to your existing website.
