Netcash has taken some of the pain out of getting started by creating a series of draft legal templates to assist you in saving time, money and giving guidance through the setup process.

Why do I need to add ‘Contact Us’ information
New visitors often visit the ‘Contact Us’ page on your website. This is the default page for new or potential customers on a mission to find a product or service online.
The ‘Contact Us’ page is where visitors go when they have a question and would like to contact an individual by phone, email or live chat. The ‘Contact Us’ page exists to serve the user with the purpose of providing them with information on how they can get in touch with you.
This template is intended to assist you to draft your own ‘Contact Us’ page. Netcash does not provide legal advice and it is up to you to ensure that all your legal agreements comply with South African law. We highly recommend that you consult an attorney. The templates are available in your Netcash merchant account and can be accessed by following these simple steps:
Step 1: Log into your Netcash account
Step 2: Navigate to the Services > Shop > Shop Policies Contacting Us
Step 3: Click on the View button
Step 4: Copy the template
Step 5: Edit the template and add your contact information
Step 6: Consult an attorney before adding the ‘Contact Us’ information to your website
When you have edited the template and consulted with an attorney, you can add the ‘Contact Us’ information to your website footer:
Step 7: In the Netcash Shop Admin panel, navigate to Sales Channels > Website > Overview:
Step 8: Select Edit Site
Step 9: In the left-hand menu, copy and paste your Contact information from the template into the fields provided:
Step 10: Save
Now your customers know how to get in touch and you are 1 step closer to running a compliant business. You can focus on selling knowing that your customers can reach you for support.
